Synthetic fabrics
Synthetic fabrics are man-made fibers made from chemically synthesized polymers.
Compared with natural fibers (such as cotton, linen, and silk), synthetic fabrics have higher durability, water resistance, elasticity, and price stability. And it can be given more functions through processing (such as UV resistance, fire resistance, wrinkle resistance, etc.),
Therefore, it is widely used in clothing, industrial fabrics, outdoor equipment and commercial purposes.

01
Tetoron
Polyester is a kind of fabric made of polyester fiber, and is one of the most common synthetic fabrics on the market. It has good wrinkle resistance and stability, is not easy to deform or shrink, and has good color fastness, suitable for long-term use and repeated washing. This fabric is also particularly suitable for printing processing, so it is widely used in uniforms, flags, advertising cloths, daily necessities, etc.
-
Advantages: No wrinkles, no shrinkage, easy to print, smooth to the touch.
-
Disadvantages: Poor air permeability and easy to generate static electricity.
-
Recommended applications: promotional banners, uniforms, printed bags, aprons, event backboards, etc.
02
Nylon
Nylon is the first synthetic fiber to be invented. It is known for its high strength, tensile strength, quick drying and abrasion resistance. It is extremely durable, yet light and soft, making it very suitable for making outdoor equipment and activewear. However, it also has disadvantages, such as high moisture absorption, which will absorb water and produce odor over a long period of time, and it is easy to age under high temperatures or sunlight.
Advantages: High strength, extremely wear-resistant, lightweight, quick-drying, and elastic.
Disadvantages: Easy to absorb water, will age and turn yellow after long-term use, and is not resistant to high temperatures.
Recommended applications: backpacks, windbreakers, tents, mountaineering equipment, sports equipment.

PVC Industrial Fabric
PVC industrial fabric is a synthetic fabric made by coating polyvinyl chloride (Polyvinyl Chloride) on the surface of the fabric. It has excellent waterproof, sun-proof, flame-retardant, anti-aging properties, and is commonly used in various outdoor equipment and commercial purposes, such as advertising canvas, waterproof bags, awnings, inflatable structures, etc. However, it is heavy and not easily biodegradable, and is less environmentally friendly.
Advantages: Super waterproof, flame retardant, sun-proof, and cheap.
Disadvantages: heavy, not environmentally friendly, and not very flexible.
Recommended applications: advertising banners, market tents, truck tarpaulins,
Inflatable devices, industrial fabrics.

PU Industrial Fabric
PU industrial fabric is a fabric made of polyurethane coating. Its biggest feature is that it feels soft, elastic and looks like leather, so it is often used in synthetic leather products and fashion items. Compared with PVC, it is lighter and more breathable, but it is also more susceptible to aging and hydrolysis, so you need to be careful when storing it.
-
Advantages: Soft and elastic, leathery, breathable and light.
-
Disadvantages: high cost, easy to hydrolyze and age, not resistant to strong friction.
-
Recommended applications: artificial leather bags, shoe uppers, sofa leather, gloves, clothing accessories.
